Masterplan & experiential retail
Benoy is a global architecture, interior and masterplanning practice founded in 1947. Its reputation is built on shaping integrated retail-led districts where hospitality, commerce and culture share one piazza. On The Flagship, Benoy is the masterplan architect and retail-experience lead — responsible for the Crosswalk hi-street, the atrium entry sequence, and the campus' movement choreography.

RSP
Commercial towers & office blocks
RSP is one of the oldest and largest architecture practices in the Asia-Pacific, originating in 1956. They specialise in large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, where efficiency of the floor plate is as important as the signature skyline. At The Flagship, RSP designs the Grade-A office towers — their column-optimised plates and 70-ft glass atria are the reason the usable-area efficiency on this project punches above its peers.

Vastunidhi
Indian context & statutory execution
Vastunidhi is the local architect of record — translating the international masterplan into UP-code compliant drawings, coordinating with approving authorities, and executing on-site. Without a strong local partner, projects of this scale routinely miss schedule and finish quality. Vastunidhi's presence is what keeps global vision and Noida delivery aligned.
